Transcription: This picture, from a model in the Nebuchadnezzar Museum in Babylon, looks south along the main northern entrance into the city of Babylon as it looked at the time of Nebuchadnezzar. The street extending from the bottom of the picture toward the top is the Procession Street, the main artery in ancient Babylon. In the very center of the picture is the Ishtar Gate, the main gate into the city.
